Industrial parks and warehouses have long been a specialty; we have established a great reputation for design/ build HVAC & Plumbing services in the many warehouses and office buildings in the exit 8A area as well as throughout New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Industrial buildings completed include facilities over 1,000,000 square feet.

The public plan & spec market continues to be a significant source of business for Mid-Atlantic, when the low bidder gets the job every time. MAM continues to stay competitive and respected in this area. School projects underway include contracts over $8,000,000.
